7 players selected by PAA to represent Arunachal in 4th National Para Badminton Championship

The Paralympic Association of Arunachal (PAA) has picked seven players to represent the state of Arunachal Pradesh in the 4th National Para Badminton Championship to be held in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha from December 24 to 26, 2021.

About the players:

The selected players are Tame Tallang, Biri Takar, Dangu Talik, Lemkhul Mossang, Obang Pangu, Taji Pali, Bamang Tapung. 

Tadar Appa, Sports Director and Gumnya Karbak, Sports Authority of Arunachal Pradesh dropped the entire team in Guwahati on December 18 and will leave for Orissa on December 19.

The Directors acknowledge the Paralympic Association of Arunachal for recently concluded 2nd state level Para Badminton Championship cum selection trial for 4th National Para badminton championship to be held at Bhubaneshwar, and 1st state level Divyangjan Sports Meet 2021.

About the second Para Badminton Championship:

The second state level Para Badminton Championship 2021, which was organized by the Paralympic Association of Arunachal (PAA) under the aegis of the Paralympic Committee of India (PCI), concluded at the MLA Cottage indoor badminton stadium on November 28, 2021.
