Arunachal: Dr. Tadang Minu, first Indian woman makes it to Coaches Committee of The International Boxing Association

Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh resident Dr. Tadang Minu has been appointed to the International Boxing Association AIBA as a member of the Coaches Committee based on her extensive boxing experience.

She is the first woman in the country and the second Indian to achieve this designation. Dr. Minu is an assistant professor at Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU).

She is also the president of the Arunachal Amateur Boxing Association (AABA) and has been re-elected for another two years as the chairman of the Boxing Federation of India’s Women’s Commission.
