The Bombay High Court (HC) stated in Aryan Khan’s bail order that there was ‘no evidence in conspiracy’, and ‘nothing objectionable in WhatsApp Chats’.

Bail Order

In the detailed bail order of Aryan Khan, regarding the Mumbai cruise drugs case, the Bombay HC has stated that there is no evidence of conspiracy suggesting that Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha agreed to commit any drug-related offence.

Additionally, it also mentioned that the Starkid was “not found in possession of any objectionable substance”.

Furthermore, the order also said that WhatsApp conversations or chats found in Khan’s device (phone) do not indicate or implicate any link or connection to the “three applicants with the other co-accused on the issue of conspiracy”.

When was the Order released?

The precisely elaborated and detailed bail order was released today, on November 20, Saturday.

Aryan Khan and others detained along with him were arrested on October 3 by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). They were released on bail after 27 days, last month, on October 30.
