In terms of public transportation, it stated that “goods transit shall continue unabated” and that “auto-rickshaws, cycle rickshaws, and taxis can run for passengers with 100% seating capacity” while adhering to all Covid rules.
“Cinema halls and theatres will be allowed with 50% seating capacity of fully vaccinated viewers and observance of Covid-19 appropriate behaviour,” said the release.

Furthermore, at iconic religious sites, no more than 60 completely vaccinated individuals per hour will be permitted; at other religious sites, no more than 40 fully vaccinated persons per hour will be permitted.
All government employees (both contract and fixed-term) who have received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine are welcome to come to work.
In addition, in all districts, government and private groups providing essential/emergency services, law enforcement services, and election activities will continue unabated.
Essential goods may be delivered around the clock through e-commerce, with pharmacies, hospitals, animal care centres, and veterinary clinics available 24 hours a day.
