The incident reportedly happened in a CRPF camp in Nagaon on Thursday. Vijay Mishra and his colleague Pranjal Dutta had been allegedly engaged in an argument. In the route of action, Mishra shot a bullet on Dutta’s leg and fled the scene.
Mishra fled the scene and killed himself with his own service rifle

Statement by one of the CRPF Jawan
One of the officials of the CRPF said, “Vijay fired at leg of Pranjal by using his service rifle and fled from the area. Later Vijay allegedly committed suicide with his service rifle.”
The fellow jawan, Pranjal Dutta, was changed without delay and shifted to Nagaon Civil Hospital. The case will quickly be investigated, in step with a CRPF official.
