As per reports, in a huge fire that broke out on the night of September 27 in Dharamshala, block-1 village of Assam’s Dhubri district, property worth lakhs of rupees turned into ashes at a residence, while one of the persons got critically injured.
The injured man has been identified as Anwar Hussain aged 28, a resident of Dharamsala.
The fire broke out at around 2 AM last night at Hussain’s residence destroying assets worth around rupees 10 lakh in addition to six rooms of the residence.
Hussain was straight away admitted to Dhubri Civil Hospital in a severe condition. He is presently in the District Civil Hospital being treated for his severe burns.
Case under investigation
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, however the sufferer and the neighbouring public is suspecting that an unidentified enemy set fire to it. Meanwhile, an investigation is presently underway, stated police.
